Transport to the beach during the summer season.

Payment of all expences connected with the common parts - water, electricity and others /including the amounts due to the suppliers/

Payment of your personal bills. /This is the service on a physical payment of the bills. The amounts for water, electricity and so on are to eb covered by the owners./

Price 10 Euro/ sq.m. per year.for the apartment and the common parts.
